This Risk Disclosure is provided by Blue Label Services - FZCO, the publisher of Kestrell.
Prediction markets are risky. Before using any Kestrell trading workflow, read this disclosure alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Kestrell is a software interface, not a custodian, not Polymarket, and not a financial adviser. We do not guarantee that any market, price, trader signal, or execution path is suitable for you.
This disclosure is not exhaustive and is not legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.
1. Total loss risk
You can lose all funds committed to a position. Market prices can move sharply, and an apparently favorable trade can become worthless before you can exit.
2. Execution, liquidity, and slippage risk
An order may fail, fill partially, fill at an unfavorable price, or remain open longer than expected. Thin liquidity, wide spreads, rapid repricing, stale quotes, cancellation races, venue-side controls, or network delay can all worsen outcomes.
A displayed quote, order book, spread, expected return, or estimated edge is not an execution guarantee. Fees, collateral requirements, minimum sizes, tick sizes, and venue risk controls can change the final result.
3. Resolution and outcome risk
Prediction markets depend on rules, data sources, and resolution processes that can be ambiguous, delayed, disputed, or changed. You may disagree with an outcome and still be bound by a third-party venue's decision.
4. Wallet, blockchain, and signature risk
Wallet signatures and blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Signing the wrong message, using a compromised wallet, or submitting through a malicious or malfunctioning app can create permanent loss.
Kestrell may rely on delegated or session-based authorization for supported trading features. Compromise of your device, wallet, browser profile, or session material can let an attacker act through permissions you approved until those permissions expire or are revoked.
- Kestrell does not store or recover your private keys or seed phrases.
- Never share a seed phrase, private key, recovery file, or wallet password with Kestrell or anyone claiming to represent Kestrell.
- Network congestion, chain reorganizations, RPC failures, or token allowance mistakes can affect execution and settlement.
5. Third-party platform risk
Trading and settlement depend on external services such as Polymarket, Polygon, wallet providers, RPC providers, and hosting vendors. Any of them can suffer outages, policy changes, degraded performance, account restrictions, or data issues.
Kestrell is not affiliated with any Polymarket entity and cannot control Polymarket's availability, account decisions, geoblocking decisions, matching logic, market rules, or regulated-product availability.
6. Data and model risk
Quotes, trader rankings, analytics, copy-trade ideas, and spread calculations can be delayed, noisy, incomplete, or wrong. Historical performance and public-wallet analysis do not predict future results.
7. Regulatory and jurisdiction risk
Rules for prediction markets, digital assets, and wallet-connected trading vary by jurisdiction and can change without notice. A feature that appears available today may become restricted tomorrow.
- You are responsible for determining whether use of Kestrell is lawful for you.
- Do not use a VPN, proxy, or any circumvention method to access a feature if you are physically located in, ordinarily resident in, domiciled in, a citizen or national of a blocked jurisdiction where applicable, or otherwise subject to the laws of a blocked jurisdiction.
- Kestrell may deny trading access when eligibility is restricted or uncertain.
8. Independent review
Use Kestrell only after your own independent assessment of the markets, venue rules, legal constraints, tax consequences, and technical risks. If you do not understand a trade or a signature request, do not proceed.
